Seachem Flourish Nitrogen – Nitrogen Supplement for Planted Aquariums

Promote healthy, vigorous aquatic plant growth with Seachem Flourish Nitrogen, a concentrated nitrogen supplement designed for freshwater planted aquariums. Nitrogen is an essential macronutrient required for plant growth, protein production and chlorophyll formation. Flourish Nitrogen provides nitrogen in forms that aquatic plants can readily utilise, helping replenish nutrients that may become depleted in heavily planted aquariums.

Ideal for aquascaping enthusiasts and planted tank keepers, Flourish Nitrogen helps support lush plant growth, particularly in aquariums where plant uptake exceeds the nitrogen supplied by fish waste and feeding.

Key Features

• Essential macronutrient: Supplies nitrogen required for healthy aquatic plant development.

• Supports vigorous growth: Helps promote new leaves, stems and overall plant development when nitrogen is limiting.

• Provides multiple nitrogen forms: Supplies nitrogen in forms including nitrate and ammonium, supporting plant nutrient requirements.

• Helps address nitrogen deficiencies: Useful for planted aquariums with low available nitrogen levels.

• Ideal for heavily planted tanks: Suitable for aquascapes with dense plant growth and higher nutrient demands.

• Complements plant fertilisers: Can be used alongside Seachem Flourish and other nutrient supplements as part of a balanced fertilisation routine.

• Concentrated formula: Allows precise nutrient adjustments according to aquarium size and plant requirements.

Directions for Use

• Standard dosage: Add 2.5mL per 160L of aquarium water to increase nitrogen by approximately 1mg/L.

• Dose according to plant growth, nitrate levels and aquarium conditions.

• For smaller aquariums, measure carefully using an appropriate dosing syringe.

• Test nitrate levels regularly and adjust dosing to avoid excessive nutrient accumulation.

• Use caution in aquariums containing livestock sensitive to ammonia.
